Winter is a special time at our vineyard, as January marks the beginning of the truffle harvest. Beneath our carefully tended truffle trees, these prized culinary treasures lie hidden underground, waiting to be discovered.

The harvest is carried out in collaboration with experienced truffle hunters and their specially trained dogs, whose exceptional sense of smell allows them to locate the truffles with precision.
